LYDIA ORTIZ is a multidisciplinary artist, illustrator, designer, and art director whose whimsical, sometimes surreal illustrations can be found regularly in The New York Times, The Washington Post, Wired, and Teen Vogue. Lydia art directed, designed, illustrated, and helped concept the Little Feminist series for Mudpuppy—a collection of children’s social activists biographies. She is currently a children’s book art director and designer at Chronicle Books.
